Founders Jennifer Garner, Jan Jacobson, and Terry James had a vision and passion to create a different kind of environmental firm composed of exceptional people who grow into high performing teams working with collaborative clients!

Safety is our number one priority in the office and in the field. We provide the training, equipment, and supervision our staff needs to return home safely from the job every day. All members of our team have both the right and the responsibility to stop work if conditions are unsafe.

Lending a helping hand to others is an important value to JJ&A and our staff. In the spirit of giving back, JJ&A makes a donation every year on behalf of our staff to a charity that has special meaning to them. We display these charitable donations on our office wall of hope. JJ&A is a proud sponsor of the Toys-for-Tots campaign, blood drives, Relay for Life, and other events, raising hope and happiness in our local community.
WORK HARD/PLAY HARD
Work hard/play hard is our reward to staff for their client dedication and achievements. We have enjoyed time with each other’s families on fun events such as beach house visits to Pajaro Dunes, camping and rafting, snow days sledding and skiing (or at least trying) and some seriously competitive chili cook-offs and BBQs. We had no idea of the passion behind creating the best in show chili!
